Protect Qustodio Parents App #
To enhance app security and prevent unauthorized changes to your settings, follow these steps on each smartphone where the Qustodio Parents App is installed:
- Open the app on your device
- From the hamburger menu (☰) select Account
- Scroll down to the Settings section and toggle on “Protect the Parents App”. Now, your biometric authentication will be required after 30 seconds of inactivity.
Important note: If you notice unexpected changes to your rules, it means someone has access to the Qustodio app or knows your account password.
Make sure to protect the Parents App using the steps above, and reset your password if needed.
If you find the Parents App installed on a child’s device or a family shared device, please be sure to Log out and then remove the app.
